We finally hit the 50,000 signature goal. The Blue Water Navy is in Washington today to present arguments in court regarding the arbitrary definitions of waterways and harbors in Vietnam. I look at this being a good omen. We need to redouble our efforts and look to any means possible to increase the number of signatures for this petition. Thank you all for you continued efforts.
