The Word Thank You Does Not Seem Enough!

Where do we start? There are so many people that we need to thank that the word Thank You just does not seem enough! We have been blown away by the amount of people that have supported our campaign and helped to give Sasha her chance in life, the chance that the Government so quickly took away. On one of my last updates with Sasha’s words, she was talking about her provisional dates being set, I can now update you that these have been changed, they will be slightly later than the provisional dates but Sasha is fine with this as it gives her a little more time to spend with her beautiful family. Sasha mentioned that by around the 20th February we would be able to close the Go Fund Me page due to enough funds being raised to be able to pay for the ‘private’ transplant, I can now confirm that this can go ahead and we will be closing the Go Fund Me page today. What an achievement! You should all be so proud of yourselves! WE’VE DONE IT! It gives me so much pleasure to say those words, my heart is smiling and I know Sasha’s heart has burst with the love she has felt from her army of people that have kept her strong through this journey. The journey that we are still travelling with the Government, I am so excited to be going to Parliament on the 22nd March to deliver our petition, I was worried that once this was done I would have to close the petition and would have no access to be able to carry on updating you all on Sasha’s progress, but I have been assured by Change.org that this will not happen, although we will be delivering the petition we will not have to close it and so I can still keep you all up to date with this fantastic journey that we are all travelling together. I have to take this opportunity to say a massive THANK YOU to the team at Change.org, without it we would never have been able to get our voices heard the way we have! They are amazing!! They have given us a voice, they have given us the opportunity to do something that I’m sure is going to make a change for everyone who will have to face what Sasha has been through. I wouldn’t have been able to do any of this without them! Please keep sharing this petition, please keep asking people to sign, we thank you all from the bottom of our hearts and wish you all luck and best wishes for whatever journey your lives take you on in the future, it is an absolute pleasure to read all of your wonderful comments of support for this fight and especially for Sasha, so there is just one BIG word to say……………..
