Having just listened to the Kings Speech, there is some encouragement - in the case of section 21 being banned, and for decent homes standard as well as a requirement to fix damp and mould issues within a time frame.

As yet we do not know all the details, and so far nothing on rent caps - which I know from feedback is an issue for many of you, as rents become so difficult to manage through unreasonable rent rises.

Nothing on Landlord register either, which was proposed last time and again from feedback something renters would welcome.
