Give Noah Urban a Second Chance at Life

Das Problem

Noah Urban, lovingly known as King Bob, was once a young and vibrant individual with a promising future ahead. His family and friends remember him as a bright and hopeful teenager, full of potential. Sadly, the legal system has imposed consequences that far exceed the severity of his actions, effectively destroying the life of a young person who made mistakes but never caused physical harm to anyone.

Involved in non-violent digital offenses, including SIM swapping and cyber fraud, Noah’s actions were serious but he was a teenager acting without full understanding of their long-term consequences. Despite his youth and non-violent behavior, the courts imposed a 10-year sentence, a punishment that is extreme for a first-time, youthful offender. The legal system treated him as if he were a hardened adult criminal rather than a young person capable of rehabilitation.

Even after his arrest, Noah tried to comply with authorities’ instructions but was quickly penalized for minor missteps and misunderstandings, such as using funds or accounts in ways the courts framed as violations. The judicial process did not adequately account for his age, impulsivity, or the guidance and influence of older co-conspirators, which are critical factors in determining proportional punishment.

The consequences of this harsh legal treatment have been devastating. Noah’s education, future opportunities, and mental well-being have all been overshadowed by a system that prioritized punishment over rehabilitation. His parents and loved ones endure daily heartbreak, separated from a son who could have been given a chance to learn, grow, and contribute positively to society.

It is clear that Noah Urban’s case exemplifies how the legal system can disproportionately punish youthful, non-violent offenders, imposing life-altering penalties for mistakes that should have been addressed with rehabilitative support.

In light of these facts, President Donald J. Trump is being urged to exercise compassion and understanding by granting Noah Urban clemency. A pardon or commutation would not only restore a fair opportunity for a young person who has already been deeply impacted by the legal system but also allow him to pursue rehabilitation, education, and a productive, law-abiding life.

Please sign this petition to help correct a severe injustice, bring Noah Urban, King Bob, back to his family, and support his journey toward reform and a second chance. Your support could make a real difference in righting a path that was far too harshly judged.
