Oversight and Accountability of ALL governing bodies is essential. Accordingly, I've updated the petition to underscore neutrality and highlight an issue that demonstrates a failure to perform irrespective of political organization or affiliation. Consequences are apolitical, and so is this Citizen's Initiative.
