Well, after almost five and half years and five MRI scans, not to mention all the other scans, CT and bone scan etc and all the "experts" looking at me, we have finally found the cause of all my neck pain and difficulties with movement. The very latest scan has found that my spine is spurring into a nerve in my neck. My GP is staggered that it has taken the so called "experts" all this time to finally find this. She says surgical intervention is NOT an option. In other words, I am going to have to live with this pain and injury for the rest of my life. I am hoping that now the insurer GIO and their lawyers will finally accept that my injuries are genuine, that I am indeed genuine and finally settle immediately and stop the nonsense they have subjected me to for more than 5 years. I will let you know what they say and do.
