I am looking forward to a court hearing date sometimes this year 2015. As soon as a date has been set by the court I will advise here. There was some success recently when the WA parliament announced an inquiry into suicide of workers in the mining industry in WA. As I have mentioned previous I made a submission to that parliamentary committee in regard to my case and also calling for a judicial injury into a death of a man on the site where I worked given the circumstances surrounding that death. It is now hoped that by my matter going to trial, a judge may write law in relation to the disgraceful lack of regard some employers and others have for employees who are subjected to an unacceptable risk of harm due to a lack of care. In short, leaving one person on their own in such a place in such circumstances will never happen again. Thank you all for the amazing support I have received. The recent photo exhibition fund raiser was a huge success and my thanks to both Susanne and Michael Silver for their hard work and generous time they have given to the cause.
