Vic Court of Appeal Orders to Protect Sources... But will it help here?

Appeal Court Justice David Harper said investigative journalists "served an important public interest" in uncovering the truth and that the use of anonymous sources was "appropriate in some but not all circumstances." ordering that Fairfax journalists Nick McKenzie and Richard Baker did not have to reveal their sources.
