Pennells and Ferguson's Cases May Be Joined

Rather than fighting two media organisations separately, perhaps to divide and conquer, lawyers for Mr Pennells and Ms Ferguson have asked for them to be heard together. The judge has expressed reticence about further delays and will make his decision on Friday.
