Those of us who foster dogs through GAP Victoria, and race dogs through Greyhound Racing Victoria have growing concerns about the fate of dogs surrendered to GAP. We would like a clear  statement of policy, and an explanation of why Gordo amongst other dogs were failed, euthananised, or not even allowed to be surrendered to the GAP program.
