Get the FA to fund the England Amputee Football Team

0 have signed. Let’s get to 2,500!

The England Amputee Football Team - finalists in last year’s European Championship - are attempting to go one better at this year’s Amputee Football World Cup in Mexico.

The squad are one of few disability national teams not funded by The FA.

The players have to pay to play, fundraising their own travel and accommodation with volunteer coaches. This inspiring group of individuals have overcome incredibly difficult circumstances and continually sacrifice their time and resources to represent their country internationally - they deserve support from the national Football Association, whose current strapline 'For all' is not extending to this overlooked minority.

The England programme costs the charity £70,000 a year and we are calling on the FA to support the team.
