Hi I'm Michael Bible and I am under the ocean.

I am petitioning to get rid of all the rocks in the world because rocks are my mortal enemy. 

We could either imprison all the rocks in the ocean under the ocean (where I am now, this petition is to also release me from my prison under the ocean) or I could eat them all (I eat rocks).
