I received lots of Messages today from Petitioners saying:

“I have been logged out”

“I cannot login”

“My ID & Password are correct but it shows incorrect”

& then, it happened to me !

Heres the foremost important thing you need to do incase you have been logged out!!

CALM DOWN !

don’t worry if your orders are pending or have been delayed. Until & unless you have the ORDER ID & Tracking Number of your pending order you don’t have to worry about The Refund.

keep a screenshot of your ORDER ID

it usually Starts like “GSHM7S0000......” 

”your order id & tracking numbers are two completely different things”

Okay so back to the point,

if you have been logged out, all you have to do is create any random account on Shein’s website & give them your “ORDER ID” through “LIVE CHAT

Dont worry your money will only go the bank account which was used to place the order.

Heres how you reach “Live chat” for refund on Shein.

1. Visit the Shein website
(General Information: You can only view or visit the website if you are on a WiFi network)

2. Create an account with other email or mobile number

3. Click on “Me”

4. Click on “Support”
5. Click on “Customer Service”
6. Click on “Easy Returns”
7. Click on “Faulty items received”
8. Click on “What if I received a defective item”
9. Click on “Manual Service” (it will be in blue colour)
10. Click on “Live Chat” (9:30am to 1:30am)

11. Choose “Refund”
Then wait for someone from the customer care executive  to join the chat. They will send the first message within seconds. You can simply chat & ask them to cancel your order & issue refund but tell your situation & providing the ORDER ID.
