When I contacted Shein, via Instagram,

The answer they provide is not promising to any one. Its really annoying how consumers who ordered COD after the ban received their packages within the next week. But others, who have PrePaid orders are waiting for more than 20 days now!

I have shopped quiet a lot from Shein, They never gave me a chance to complain. I understand that under this “Ban” situation they no more have the full control, but least they can do it respond to the consumers & give them an promising answer.

The packages are clearly stuck at Customs, most people are unaware of this fact. & that it’s going to take long, pardon me; VERY LONG, before they literally check each & every package one-by-one.
Patience is hard to find when you’ve already paid for something & then situation turns, which is not your fault, but you are the one who suffers.

I continue to contact them almost every other day via Live Chat, Customer Service Call, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram. I’ve tried to contact my delivery company “Xpressbees” but they haven’t received my packages yet from the “Sorting Center”

All we need is a clear statement either from SHEIN or The GOVERNMENT about what is happening? Or what is going to happen?

If there even is a point for us to keep our hopes up ? & wait by the window every morning hoping for the delivery person. or keep reloading the tracking page million times a day ?

“CLEAR ANSWER” its all we ask for.
