Happy New Year to all of you wonderful people who have supported this campaign and been a part of the progress so far, including the Mental Health Education finally coming to schools across England & Wales from September this year !

I’ll continue working hard to achieve on similar progress in Scotland & Northern Ireland so please do continue to share the petition as we are so close to 200k signatures.

In other news I recently announced the launch of a new project aimed at reducing stigma, which is a live event on the 8th of February in Shoreditch, London. I will be interviewing a panel of three inspiring guests around the theme of Mental Health Recovery plus sharing my own experience.
