Good morning! We've had some good traction this week with the #HoldAussieMusic petition you signed (THANK YOU AGAIN!) ABC Radio programs across the country featured interviews and SBS TV World News ran a story on the weekend (see Change.org's link below) including comment from ARIA award-winning musicians and support from licensing body APRA AMCOS. 

Youth digital news and entertainment website PedestrianTV reported on the petition calling out organisations we are targeting, including Qantas and Minister for Digital and Customer Service Victor Dominello for comment. Here's hoping they are not put 'on-hold' as they patiently wait for a response! 

In the meantime, I personally reached out to Service NSW and its CEO Damon Rees was quick to respond and put me in touch with his team to discuss the initiative further. This is an encouraging development and may set a precedent for other States. 

To date 6,786 supporters have signed the petition. Let's get to 10,000! Please forward the petition link to a friend and a business or service organisation you think can lead the band.
