Rep. Gilliard to file bill, make film to honor 'Original 33' Black GA legislators

"We need to be reminded of the shoulders that we stand on. That long before all of us, whether we're a city, county, state, or any position, that somebody paid the price. I want their stories to be told and it gives me a good celebration to know that we've come a long way," said Gilliard.
