It has been five years since I started this petition. I wholeheartedly believe the support from over 9,000 people helped to show that the community does not want Russell Holt released. 

We need your help again! He is approaching eligibility for a five year review in accordance with Georgia law. Before the review is complete, they are giving us the opportunity to provide additional information for the board to consider. Please consider sharing the petition if you have already signed it. You can also write a letter expressing how you feel and asking them to keep him in for the maximum time allowed. He was sentenced to 20 years and has only served 12. Jessica is gone forever.
