Those in disagreement with this petition, fail to see both sides of this unfortunate event! Upon stopping at this PUBLIC park at RANDOM, Kayla Norton and Jose Torres were immediately confronted about flags displayed on their trucks. After words were briefly exchanged, glass bottles and rocks were thrown at both defendants along with others with them! At that time, Mr. Torres, fearing for both himself and mother to his 3 children, reacted. What EXACTLY transpired is unknown to all except those present. ZERO PHYSICAL EVIDENCE! Testimony from party goers claim Mr. Torres pointed a shotgun while making threats! Not only that but apparently WHILE POLICE WERE AT THE SCENE did so???? Also consider the SPLC's involvement constantly on a witch hunt for " right wing terrorists". Judge McClain MUST be held accountable, allowing an EXTREMELY BIAS organization to be involved on an level and allpwing PERSONAL feelings cloud proper judgement!
