—Thank you so much for signing our ‘Make GWHS A Police Free School’ petition! We really do appreciate your support. If you are interested in learning more and being more active on this issue: we are holding a #CPDoutofGW protest at George Washington High School on Sunday, August 2nd from 1-3 pm. [Official flyers attached below]

—We will chalk messages around the building, have a few speakers, march around the school, and etc. Free t-shirts, buttons, and stress-balls will be available to those who attend as we want to visually spread our message as much as possible. This is a socially distant protest, and safety measures around COVID-19 will be in place. Masks and hand sanitizer will be provided for free as well, but, supplies are limited and it is first-come, first-serve. If you are attending, we ask you to wear black in solidarity, make awesome signs, and bring your mask!

—If you can not attend, we ask you to virtually protest and share this petition with your: friends, family members, neighbors, pets, and whoever else! Thank you for supporting our police free schools movement in the GWHS community; we hope you’re interested in taking a more active, actionable role in this fight.
