We've got some BIG news! In Wednesday's spring statement, Philip Hammond is expected to announce new funds to end period poverty in schools. Please tweet this update to let Philip Hammond know we're expecting BIG things! If he does make this announcement then a HUGE congratulations to every single person who has campaigned to end period poverty - including all 320,090 of you!

Plan International UK has found that 10% of schoolgirls regularly miss school because they do not have access to period products and that almost 50% miss school because they are embarrassed about their period. Hammond's potential announcement of a new scheme to end period poverty will help girls to gain an uninterrupted education while it will also help to combat period stigma at large. This is HUGE! We'll all be watching on Wednesday...
