There has been a lot of outrageous sexism that has surrounded the 2016 Rio Olympics so far, and I mean a lot, but here's a ray of period-related sunshine to brighten up your Monday. KICK-ASS Olympic swimmer Fu Yuanhui smashed the period taboo yesterday when she told a reporter that despite being on her period, she smashed the 4 × 100m medley relay final. YOU GO GIRL! Period shame, you have no place in the Olympics. Or anywhere, actually. PERIOD. Laura :)
