Meet  another representative of Russian criminal organizations, Pavel Mez′. This is 34 year old engineer of the  Petersburg Nuclear Physics Institute located in Gatčhino. The Dad of the Paul Mez Sergey Ivanovich Mez is the Chief State Inspector Rostekhnadzor and property of the Russian Federation and leading engineer of the nuclear reactor at PINP. The famous father helped to  arrange a job at the Institute for his ruthless son. Pavel Mez is cruel Hunter. But the main purpose of his hunting is homeless and domestic dogs. He kills every dog who gets on the sight of his rifle. He shoots the innocent animals  everywhere in St. Petersburg and its suburbs.  With great pleasure he observed and then described the agony of animals on the Internet, on the website  of dog killers and website VK. He was published as "Dima Stečhkin and Dmitriy Plûsikov.".   Pavel Mez is a member of the extremist organization "Holy Russia" and in his comments he called for an armed guerrilla struggle. By  his recommendation, the administration of the Institute hired his friend well-known sadist, paid  dog killer Dmitry Kolesnikov  for the  the Elimination of dogs living within the Institute and who are taken care of  by staff, loving animals. The Director of the Institute Academic Aksenov  signed  the order No. 217  for the destruction of dogs in the territory of the Institute. Order and contract with the dog killer  Dmitry Kolesnikov was prepared by  the Security Director Vyacheslav Levagin. The Agreement was signed on November 12 and payment in the amount of ruble 17500 was paid on  December 3, 2013. All  Dogs have been poisoned and their bodies were taken to the garbage dump. In the town of Gatčino all dogs were poisoned and shot by  "doghunters".   In administration of the Town  Gatčino  the Chief specialist of the Department of legal support is   Elena Berezovskaya, who  is the  member of the Organization (doghuntery-nicknamed is  Lena Malina  on the site of killers). По его рекомендации администрация института наняла его друга садиста, платного убийцу и отравителя собак Дмитрия Колесникова с целью ликвидации собак, живущих на территории института , о которых заботились сотрудники института, любящие животных.  Директором института Аксёновым бал подписан приказ  №217 о уничтожении собак на территории института. Приказ и договор с убийцей собак Дмитрием Колесниковым подготовил зам . директора по безопасности Вячеслав Левагин . Договор был подписан 12 ноября и оплата в сумме 17500 рублей была произведена 3 декабря 2013. Собаки были отравлены и их трупы вывезены Колесниковым на свалку. В самом городе Гатчино были практически отравлены и расстреляны догхантерами все собаки. В Администрации  города  Гатчино работает главным специалистом отдела юридической помощи Елена Березовская , которая является членом организации ( догхантеры ) по кличка Лена Малина на сайте убийц . Она приглашает садистов убийц для убийства собак в городе. Травит собак сама также. Неужели лидерам такого всемирно известного ядерного Института не стыдно убивать безвинных животных с помощью садистов-убийц и также держать на работе садиста-психопата , убийцу собак и животных, нациста-экстремиста Павла Мезя, которого нужно судить как преступника. Лучше бы, знаменитые Лидеры этого всемирно-известного и престижного   Института Ядерной физики  и Ядерного реактора, своим авторитетом  помогли зоозащитным организациям своей Родины прекратить кровавый беспредел в России по отношению к бездомным животным и начать цивилизованный подход к это проблеме.
