My name is Richard and I am thirteen years old. I recently found out that my Cinnamon Toast Crunch and other cereals that I have for breakfast in the morning contains TSP otherwise known as Tri-Sodium Phosphate.  Tri-Sodium Phosphate is a chemical that is placed in foods to adjust the acidic nature of the cereal dough but after researching the chemical, it is dangerous and is not healthy for a human to consume. TSP is used in paint thinners and cleaning products. The FDA claims that small doses isn't hazardous to human health but why have it at all? TSP is linked to cancer, kidney problems, calcium deficiency, and osteoporosis. Some cereals that have this are: Cheerios, Golden Grahams, Lucky Charms, Honeycomb.  This concerns my health and the health of others around me. Cereal should be something that should be safe for children to eat.  They promote feeding Cheerios to your baby as one of their first foods... That is scary. Please sign my petition and get the word out there that this is not needed in our foods. Thank you.
