Charlie Massey was singlehandedly responsible for the application to the High Court to erase Dr Hadiza Bawa-Garba from the medical register after the Medical Practitioner Tribunal found that a short period of suspension would be sufficient. He has caused massive loss of confidence in the GMC by doctors and wasted money in the process. The appeal against erasure has been rightly overturned in no uncertain terms. Charlie Massey needs to go.
