Support Sikh Schools' fight for same legal rights as Christian Schools

Khalsa Academies Trust launch a legal challenge against the DFE. The 13 Sikh schools in the UK do not have the same legal protection that Christian schools. It is time to stand up to this injustice. Please donate what you can to help.

The Sikh community have had to fight for legal rights since the sixties and now we have to fight for our 13 Sikh schools in the UK to have the same rights as Christian Schools. The DfE have tried to transfer two Sikh schools since 2017 to other Trusts against the wishes of parents and the community and need to be stopped.

A judicial review has begun to stop them doing an illegal transfer of Khalsa Secondary Academy and need your help and financial support to win this case.
