The constitutional law is a branch of inquiry and practice that centers on the interpretation and application of the statues and official acts of government.

Which are in question for infringing on individual rights vested by the Constitution it this case with the community near the SSFL.

All laws and all acts of public officials are presumed to be constitutional.  If they are questioned for being unconstitutional a person whose rights were violated namely the victims of Santa Susanna Field Lab have legal recourse.

These victims must bring an action of actual case of controversy and question the actions or statues of denial of the equal protection clause and civil/human rights violations against the City, State and Federal Government in the individual cities near SSFL for delaying and denial of the victim's constitutional rights.
