How can a person be given and serve, a life sentence, for a crime that another person admitted to committing? Byron chinchilla (My brother) has been serving 1 of the 4 life sentences he was sentenced to in April of 2011. No one was killed or even harmed physically for that matter in regards to this case however, he is forced to live the rest of his life in a cell for a crime he did not commit. If any act of prison reform should be considered, it is for a case such as this. Sign the petition so he may have a chance at a fair appeal that may allow him the opportunity to be given an ACTUAL release date!
