Hi Everyone, the updated Activity Centre maps were released by the Vic Gov this week and the implications for part of the Gascoigne Estate are horrendous.

Previously, the Vic Gov had proposed new building heights within the Gascoigne Estate of up to 3 storeys with 4 storeys on larger sites, but the Vic Gov has now increased the new building heights in the darker shaded areas to up to 4 storeys with 6 storeys on larger sites.

We need more signatures to send a strong message to the Vic Gov that the Heritage Overlay and Neighbourhood Character Overlay areas should be preserved intact and not inter-mingled with 6 storey flats.
