Black-outs on TV are restricting the entertainment of fans based on where they live.  A Leafs or Habs fan cannot enjoy games while they are out west and Flames or Oilers fans can't enjoy tv games while down east.  Same thing applies Sens, Jets or Canucks fans.  All televised games should be available to ALL Canadians to enjoy and the NHL owners should not discriminate based on where you live or whom you cheer for.
