Gav Thorpe is destroying the mythos of a vital, inspiring and essential part of an extraordinary piece of intellectual property and they regularly enlist the talents of many other great writers who can and would do an infinitely better job. 

Slowly but surely Gav Thorpe will whittle away the stoic, storied, steadfast and glorious majesty that is the Dark Angels and the written character of it shall be reduced to dust. He has already taken great strides in this direction.

If nothing else, another better writer ( so obviously not CZ Dunn or James Swallow, they're just as bad ) must given the task of rescuing the Dark Angels from his hammy fists.
