Dark void Smeargle, it's basically everywhere, it is forcing players to make sub-optimal choices just to counter one pokèmon which would be absolutely fair without that move, and we want it to be BANNED from VGC16. Reason why Dark Void should be banned are so many:
1) You can only teach that move if you have a pokèmon that belongs to an event, and rarity of events is the reason why mystic pokèmon are banned in VGC16

2)Dark Void relies too much on hax, either when your opponent use it freely or when you try to avoid it (ex.: dark void misses against magic coat and your opponent doesn't get sleeped pokèmon)

3) In swiss (part of the actual tournament format) smeargle's item and moveset are unknown and that makes countering dark void even harder

4) Big legendary pokèmon like P-Groudon, P-Kyogre or Xerneas can freely sweep entire teams if dark void just goes off, that makes the move absolutely unfair.
