This footage is taken from a Gallaudet dorm room just this past Sunday. The hearing, fat guy in the white shirt is DPS security guard (department of public "safety"). This is Gallaudet -- still dark and ugly, reminiscent of Gio being assaulted just be fore midnight when DPS kicked in his door, manhandled him for NO REASON The DPS officer who assaulted Gio (officer Bauer), is currently the head of DPS.
