This week could be our last chance to stop this bill!

HB 759 goes before its final committee this week. If you have a few minutes that you can help us beat this awful bill, we really need you to: 1) Share this petition with your contacts. We need to get at least another hundred or so signatures by Tuesday. 2) Call or email the members of the Government Accountability Committee to ask that they vote "no" on this bill in their hearing Wednesday. Contact for the committee members are below. You can send one email to all of them at the same time if you don't have time to make individual phone calls. 3) Travel to Tallahassee Wednesday morning. There are already some Gainesville folks planning to attend, and Rep. Clovis Watson really needs us to have his back when he speaks out against this bill in committee.
