You have to pick either Male or Female.

The fundamental right to choose to have treatment for gender dysphoria, or disorder of sex development is limited to this binary outcome, as such it excludes all non-binary outcomes, and the individuals that suffer from untreated dysphoria, or intersex conditions.

It has been shown that many individuals who are genetical or physically  intersexed, and those who feel they are non-binary individuals, have valid clinical cause for treatment, and corrective surgery. Yet this need is ignored, either for financial, legal, or stigmatic reasons by the individual surgeon, medical institution, or insurance provider.

Things have come a long way, with many states and insurance plans offering gender reassignment. However there are non-binary and intersex individuals that are not able to seek treatment. This is discrimination.

Please sign this petition and urge the WPATH, to include this allowance, and allow treatment of all individuals no matter what their sex should be.
