This weekend, more than 30 members of the Dundee & Angus College community, students, staff, families and supporters, and other colleges, travelled to Edinburgh to stand together at the Scotland Demands Better rally.

Wearing purple for Further Education, we joined thousands of others calling for action to tackle poverty, protect public services, and build a fairer future for all.

Our group proudly represented the #FightingForFE campaign, sharing student stories, meeting with other colleges, and highlighting what is at stake if funding continues to fall short.

We also used the opportunity to speak to others including student reporters about the real impact of cuts on learners, staff, and our local communities.
