Weekly meetings with St. Paul childrens, cps HC supervisor. The very parents of child cannot attend.

It is illegal for parents not to be able to attend medical meetings for their child yet again they break the rules and Minnesota Statutes. 
I cannot receive medical records from Fairview. Supervisor won’t call me back.
