By the means of signing this petition, you are supporting our cause to advocate against the idea to build fences around our beautiful campus. You might argue that this fence is for our safety, but what if the danger is on campus and near one of the entrances/exits with an emergency mechanism? Also, instead of using money on a fence that will dampen student’s spirits, shouldn’t we use the money on security precautions? Here are some more reasons why you should sign:

The fence will make it harder for you to get from place to place during passing period, especially if you’re in a classroom near the office.
You won’t be able to work outside, which is proven to reduce stress and increase your productivity.
Let’s be real, how enthusiastic will you be to learn at school when it looks and feels like prison?
We would love to have your support to advocate against being trapped in school, and instead be in an open, beautiful, and safe enviroment.
