Nabi support on Facebook was such a wonderful tool--it allowed those of us who don't have the time to call the customer support line to receive fast and useful help. Questions (big or small) were fielded by nabi Moms and Dads who actually cared about your child's experience with their tablet and serious issues were escalated as needed. For a company that prides itself on "caring" about their customers, removing the Facebook support (and laying off the Los Angeles-based customer support technicians) was a careless move. Bring back Facebook support! Stand by your product! Don't let down the families that made the choice to purchase your tablets.
