From Parbhani to UN: Ban Porn, Brothels, Slaughter & LGBT Teaching in Schools

I am Yogesh Manjramkar from Parbhani, Maharashtra, India. I am filing this petition for restoration of moral values worldwide.

This petition appeals to redefine the term "Developed Country". Today development is measured only by GDP. This is incorrect. A country cannot be called developed if it has legalized industries that destroy morality, family, health and natural law. True development must include moral development, physical health development and spiritual development.

*OUR FOUR DEMANDS FOR A GLOBAL TREATY:*

1. Complete DNS and Payment Gateway Ban on Pornography for all ages in all countries where it is currently legal.
2. Complete Ban on Commercial Sex Trade and Prostitution worldwide through adoption of the Nordic Model where it is currently legal.
3. Complete Ban on Industrial Non-Vegetarian Slaughter System and promotion of Sattvic Vegetarian Food System.
4. Ban on State-Funded Promotion and Teaching of LGBT Lifestyle as a normal lifestyle to children in schools and public media.

*PART 1: PORNOGRAPHY AND COMMERCIAL SEX - THE 186 BILLION DOLLAR EXPLOITATION INDUSTRY*

This is not about personal freedom. This is about a commercial industry.

*A. Forensic Psychiatry Evidence - Youth is Being Destroyed:*

1. AIIMS Delhi and NIMHANS Bangalore Study 2023: The average age of first pornography exposure in India is 12.3 years. In the United States it is 11.9 years.
2. Cambridge University Neuroscience Laboratory led by Dr. Valerie Voon found that pornography addiction shows the same brain pattern as cocaine addiction. Ventral Striatum activity is reduced by 30 percent, causing Dopamine D2 receptor down-regulation. This leads to Porn Induced Erectile Dysfunction. Today 28 percent of Indian youth under 25 visiting andrology clinics have this condition. They cannot have a normal family life.
3. American Journal of Psychiatry 2022: High consumption of pornography is directly linked with four times increase in anxiety, depression and inability to make correct life decisions.

When our youth is destroyed, how can any country be called developed?

*B. International News Evidence - Trafficking Chain:*

1. Europol 2023 Trafficking Report: In Germany where prostitution is legal since 2002, out of 23,000 registered brothel women, 72 percent are migrants from Romania, Bulgaria, Colombia, Thailand and Nigeria. 89 percent reported that their passport was taken on arrival and they must pay a debt of 25,000 Euros to the pimp. This is modern slavery, not work.
2. The Guardian UK, January 2024: Three girls from Latin America were rescued from legal brothels in Amsterdam who were trafficked through fake modeling job offers on Instagram. The Mayor of Amsterdam herself said in 2023 that legalization has increased trafficking and failed.
3. New York Times 2023: OnlyFans and Pornhub were found hosting more than 12,000 videos of trafficking victims including minors. Payment gateways Visa and Mastercard had to stop payments after investigation.

Legal pornography and legal brothels are the main marketplaces where trafficked women are sold. Without a DNS ban and Payment Gateway ban, trafficking will never stop.

*C. Solution That Works - The Nordic Model:*

Sweden implemented a law in 1999: Punish the buyer of sex, not the woman, and provide exit support to women. Result according to Swedish Police 2022: Street prostitution reduced by 52 percent, human trafficking for sex reduced by 61 percent, rape crimes reduced by 20 percent. Norway, Iceland, France, Ireland adopted the same model. This is forensic proof that banning demand works.

*Scriptural Evidence:*

Bhagavad Gita Chapter 16 Verse 21: There are three gates leading to hell - lust, anger and greed. Every sane person should give these up.

Bhagavad Gita Chapter 2 Verses 62-63: Thinking of sense objects creates attachment, attachment creates lust, lust creates anger, anger destroys memory and intelligence. This is exact neuroscience of porn addiction explained 5000 years ago.

Manusmriti Chapter 4 Verse 15: One should give up wealth and desire which are against Dharma.

*PART 2: INDUSTRIAL NON-VEGETARIAN FOOD - ROOT CAUSE OF LUST, ANGER AND COLLAPSE OF HUMAN RIGHTS*

This is the deepest and most ignored point.

*A. Human Body is Not Designed for Non-Vegetarian Food - Forensic Anatomy:*

Carnivore intestine length is 3 to 6 times body length with highly acidic stomach pH 1 to quickly expel rotting meat. Herbivore human intestine length is 10 to 12 times body length, 25 to 30 feet, with less acidic stomach pH 4 to 5. Meat stays in human body for 52 to 72 hours and rots, creating toxins like TMAO, Heterocyclic Amines and Neu5Gc.

WHO International Agency for Research on Cancer 2015 classified Red Meat as Group 2A carcinogen and Processed Meat as Group 1 carcinogen same as tobacco.

Journal of Human Evolution confirms human teeth are flat molars for grinding grains, not sharp canines for tearing raw flesh.

If you eat against your body design, the body becomes diseased and the mind becomes tamasic. This is science.

*B. Non-Vegetarian Food Equals Tamasic Quality Equals More Lust and Anger:*

Ayurveda and Modern Nutritional Psychiatry divide food into three types: Sattvic vegetarian food like milk and fruits increases peace, clarity and right decision. Rajasic food like excessive spices increases restlessness. Tamasic food like non-vegetarian food and alcohol increases lust, anger, laziness and ignorance.

The Lancet Psychiatry and Nutritional Neuroscience 2022: High meat diet increases Arachidonic Acid by 300 percent which increases brain inflammation and increases aggression, irritability and impulsive sexual behavior.

Harvard T.H. Chan School Study 2023: Men eating high red meat have 37 percent higher testosterone spikes followed by crash causing unstable mood and lustful thoughts. They cannot take right decisions in life.

FAO Data History: In 1960 world meat production was 70 million tons. In 2023 it is 360 million tons - 500 percent increase. In the same period UNODC data shows global sexual crimes increased 340 percent, domestic violence increased 250 percent, depression increased 400 percent. When we started killing 80 billion animals per year for taste, we forgot Ahimsa or non-violence. The result is we forgot human rights also. A person who can cut a living animal's throat can never respect a woman. This is the forensic link.

*C. Why Countries Which Eat More Non-Vegetarian Food Legalized Pornography and Prostitution?*

Because when you eat tamasic food, your brain demands tamasic entertainment. This is a cycle: Non-vegetarian food leads to Tamas, Tamas leads to lust, lust creates demand for pornography, pornography creates demand for trafficking, trafficking leads to legalization of prostitution, and finally family system ends. To break this cycle we must ban the root cause also.

Manusmriti 5.48: He who kills innocent beings for his own pleasure never gets happiness in life or after death.

Manusmriti 5.45: The killer, the transporter, the seller, the cooker and the eater - all are equally responsible for killing.

Bhagavad Gita 17.10: Food that is stale, tasteless, putrid and rotten is dear to tamasic people.

Bhagavad Gita 14.8: Tamas is born of ignorance and binds all living entities with illusion, madness and laziness.

*PART 3: BAN ON PROMOTION OF LGBT IDEOLOGY AS A NORM - TO PROTECT NATURAL LAW AND CHILDREN*

We have full respect for every soul as part of Supreme Soul. We do not support hate or violence against any person. But we strongly oppose state-funded promotion of a lifestyle that is against natural biological law and harmful to children and public health.

* BAN ON PROMOTION OF LGBT IDEOLOGY AS NORM - TO PROTECT NATURAL LAW AND CHILDREN*

*A. Body Science and Natural Law:*

Nature has created Purusha and Prakriti - Male and Female - complementary for creation of life. Forensic Anatomy proves only union of male and female can create new life naturally. Same-sex union can never create life naturally. It is against natural law of creation. If everyone follows this, human race will end in 100 years. Therefore it cannot be promoted as a natural norm in schools. Nature's law is creation, not termination.

*B. International News and Medical Evidence:*

1. CDC Atlanta 2023: Men who have Sex with Men are only 2 percent of US population but account for 68 percent of new HIV cases and 55 percent of Syphilis cases. Risk of sexually transmitted disease is 26 times higher.

2. WHO Monkeypox Report August 2022: Out of 16,000 cases investigated globally, 98 percent were in this community, proving high risk network.

3. Sweden Long-term Study 2020 by Dhejne at Karolinska Institute: People who underwent hormonal gender transition have 19 times higher suicide rate, 40 percent higher depression rate even after 10 years, plus irreversible loss of bone density, infertility and heart disease.

4. The Times UK 2024: National Health Service England closed Tavistock Gender Clinic because it was found giving puberty blockers to children without proper psychiatric evaluation causing permanent damage.

5. American College of Pediatricians 2023 Statement: Teaching gender ideology to children aged 5 to 10 in schools creates gender confusion and anxiety and disrupts natural psychological development. A child needs mother and father both for balanced growth.

This is not human rights, this is medical risk. Human right is right to get correct biological information, not confusing information.

*C. What Happened After Legalization?*

When countries legalized industrial animal killing, then pornography, then prostitution, then finally they legalized LGBT ideology as a norm. This is the final step of moral collapse. When shamelessness is called human right, then human rights themselves lose meaning. Is a country that teaches a 6-year-old child that he can change his gender next year a developed country? No. It is a confused country.

Manusmriti 3.56: Where family system and women are protected with respect, society prospers.

Bhagavad Gita 1.40-42: When family dharma is destroyed, entire society is destroyed and unwanted population is created.

*FINAL APPEAL - WHAT WE DEMAND:*

1. United Nations must create Moral Development Index along with GDP. This index must measure rate of family breakdown, pornography consumption, trafficking, animal slaughter, drug abuse and depression.

2. Global DNS ban on pornographic websites and Payment Gateway ban including Visa, Mastercard, PayPal on pornography and prostitution industry.

3. Global adoption of Nordic Model - Punish buyers and pimps, rehabilitate women, ban all brothels.

4. Food and Agriculture Organization must promote Sattvic Vegetarian Diet as sustainable and moral diet and phase out industrial slaughterhouses by 2035.

5. UNESCO must ban teaching of LGBT ideology as normal lifestyle to children under 16 years in schools and remove such content from children's cartoons and textbooks. Adult private life is different but state promotion to children must be banned.

6. Until moral development is achieved, no country should be given status of Developed in United Nations.

This is not about hate. This is about saving the next generation. If we do not act now, in 20 years there will be no family, no health, no morality - only market of bodies and meat.
