I have been alerted of several attacks on those who oppose Trustee Levine being re-elected. I want to be clear about a few things.

1. No one dislikes Andy. The disappointment comes with his ignoring of advocates. Refusing to engage in solutions. Real solutions, not bandaids. He is an elected official that has an obligation to the voters in his area.
2. This issue is about the lack of opportunities for our kids. Opportunities that were there until open gutting of that program in 2021.
3. Yes multiple people have requested for this to be an agenda on the FUSD board agenda. IGNORED. See above screenshot of the acknowledgement of receiving the official form.
4. The scoreboard is not functional. We are not battling the warrior logo. We want functioning equipment for our kids.
5. Four board meetings have had speakers on this issue. Over 50 letters have been written. This petition has over 1,000 signatures. Yet Andy ignores this as if its not important.
6. There has not been a girls team for THREE YEARS. There was a thriving girls team when Coach Lopez was there. FHS needs to make changes. Only Andy can broker a bridge for this. He has chosen not too.
