There has been a lot of talk about accountability within FUSD. I would personally like to know what that means to FUSD? This situation was so open and no real accountability had been executed. It would be such a good example of the follow through on this accountability push that is currently being advertised. Coach Lopez is blocked into going back, who knows what the discriminatory rational is. The male coach has continued as if he doesn't have major performance issues or mental health issues.  I will say it's improved a bit since we physically went to FHS to complain. Again just band aids, not meaningful corrections. But a bit better than it was, maybe the FHS kids will be able to actually play in a handful of games.

There are now two candidates running against Andy Levine for the FHS regional board seat. Andy has made it clear he will not intervene, he does not care. One of the candidates is James Martinez. He has several endorsements, including the Fresno Teachers Association. He has also committed to taking the time needed to make meaningful corrections to the aquatics situation our of FHS. The other candidate Emma Villa doesn't have much information out on her, yet. It is rumored aquatics is one of her platform hot topics. One thing is certain the FHS region can do better. Must do better.
