June the 7th By petition, 3800 people ask to abolish the practices of forced psychiatry said 'without consent' in France. Have been reported to me: - Systematic strapping down in emergencies room for no reason, prolonged restraint. - Holding of urine, occlusion. - Isolation, nudity, non-communication. - Torture by akathisia. - Suicide ideation induced by the prescribed products. - Punitive doses, 5 doses at once, 14 doses a month, with the threat of 'putting down' the person. - Denial of serotonin syndrome. - Inability to complain, refusal of staff to stop poisoning. - Indoctrination by the staff, videos of the labs. People are traumatized. Most are afraid to testify and exhibit avoidance behaviors. Some are forced to leave France. The so-called request for 'protection' is actually a criminal application for incapacitation of persons. The doctor must not be the judge of a sentence of incapacity for facts which were not sanctioned by the code nor judged contradictorily. This punishment is made by forced hospitalization and by the forced medication of a chemical camisole (garment for restraint). Its duration is not specified. Forced medication alters the faculties, damages health, decreases life expectancy, and causes permanent neurological sequelae. It is a rape of the physical and mental integrity of the person, committed deliberately, under medical authority, with the intention of changing the person. United Nations special rapporteurs say this may constitute torture. On behalf of the Francophone Collective Absolute Prohibition: We call for the absolute abolition of forced treatment and forced hospitalization practices in France. We call for the abrogation of the discriminatory law of 2011/2013 and the majority participation of people with psychosocial disabilities in the future texts concerning them. We demand compliance to the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, Articles 12, 14, 15, 17, 19, 25, General Comment 1 to Article 12, Guidelines on Article 14. We request the withdrawal of the Council of Europe's draft additional protocol to the Oviedo Convention. We call for the establishment of a Truth and Reconciliation Commission.
