This unjust system will never cease to amaze me � repeat offenders get released whilst I've sat here for 27yrs wrongfully convicted. They conveniently lost my arrest and pre-trail file's so I'm just supposed to sit here and accept that they took my life away... not anymore!

I was watching the News this afternoon and I seen this guy that was in here with me a few years ago. He was on the News for raping a woman in the Bronx a couple of days ago on an elevator. He's a level 3 sex offender. He'll be back on the streets again after 2 or 3 years to commit the same act again. Then he'll be released again, to commit the same act again while there's a possibility that I will be still sitting in here for a crime that I didn't commit and fighting for clemency. I feel deeply sorry for the lives that were lost for the crime that I were allegedly accused of participating in, but I didn't ruin, or take anyone life, or lives. Instead, my life were ruin when I were wrongfully convicted for a crime that I didn't commit and sentence to 30 year's to life in prison at the age of 16. However, here it is a rapist will experience his freedom ten times over, while a lot of us men in here who deserve to be home will continue to fight for our ONE chance at feedom, and from rotting and dying in prison.
