SO WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
MY BEST GUESS is that now we wait for CERTIFIED OFFICIAL RESULTS to be reported by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) -- and/or -- a second public opinion poll regarding Ocklawaha river restoration to be offered for comment by the FDEP in the future.
The results released so far by "Ocklawahaman" Paul Nosca and "FORCE" would probably be considered UNOFFICIAL and UN-CERTIFIED until they are calculated by unbiased State of Florida FDEP personnel (or contractors) themselves.
UNOFFICIAL UN-CERTIFIED RESULTS
As of 1419 hrs EDT on October 30, 2021, "Ocklawahaman" Paul Nosca was the FIRST to release any UNOFFICIAL RESULTS of the SJRWMD "Rodman Reservoir / Kirkpatrick Dam Comment Form" that was available for public input from September 23, 2021 until October 22, 2021.

10 DAYS LATER on November 9, 2021 "FORCE" released news of their own UNOFFICIAL research of the results -- their numbers basically agreed with my findings that I reported back on October 30, 2021.
And I wouldn't be surprised if Putnam County or "Save Rodman Reservoir" wants to conduct their own counting of the SJRWMD "Rodman Reservoir / Kirkpatrick Dam Comment Form" also. Remember that a leader of FDE "mucked-up" the situation by openly encouraging folks to "vote" more than once using different email addresses!
