Terry has been fighting for his freedom for almost 22 years. Nearly half his life has been taken from him. And after all these years, he is STILL standing, STILL speaking, and STILL demanding answers.

Terry has never claimed to be perfect. He has been honest about his past, admitted his mistakes, his wrong turns, and his regrets. But what the State of NEBRASKA continues to accuse him of is NOT who Terry is. He has maintained his innocence all these years when it comes to those crimes !!!

The failures. The inconsistencies. The admissions by his female co-defendant. The unanswered questions. Too much has been overlooked, ignored, or left unexplained.

WE CAN’T STAY SILENT. ❌️
And we’re not going anywhere.

Several legal proceedings are underway. We are pushing for answers before the end of the year. We have fought, researched, challenged, and kept going when it would have been easier to stop. Now we need Terry’s voice heard, his story seen, and the truth brought into the light.
