DEAR Supporters,

 Snuggles has now spent over 7 long months locked away in an isolation kennel at Pima Animal Care Center (PACC). He is being treated as a "court exhibit" for a single, defensive reaction that occurred when he was just a 9 month old puppy. startled from behind in his own home.

The System is failing him. The victim , the owner's own mother- has fully cleared Snuggles and explicitly  said that she startled him. The owner even posted a massive $15,000 cash bond. Yet PACC management continues to drag this out, racking up boarding fees. Worse of all . county officials have begun using past tense language when speaking about Snuggles, raising questions about his safety, Also referring owner as they owned Snuggles , acting like Snuggles is no longer owners property, but theirs.

Pima County Administrator Jan Lesher has direct oversight of PACC management and the authority to review this administrative Overreach. She has the power to instruct county legal counsel to negotiate a conditional compliance settlement and let Snuggles go home immediately.

Please take 2 minutes to email Jan Lesher  at Jan,lesher@pima.gov   demand thatshe respect the law and her administration upholds Arizona Law A.R.S. S 11-1027  regarding legal provocation , stop this  unnecessary  confinement and allows a conditional release agreement, conditional compliance settlement . Send Snuggles home.
