Thanks everyone again for signing. I really want to get this petition in front of someone in power. Someone who can free this dog and absolutely close this shelter. The San Bernardino Council has been dragging this out for 17 months. 17 MONTHS! WOW. If that's not animal cruelty I don't know what is. That's why this petition is so important. But it has to go in front of a powerful person. Someone in charge. So please share with 10 of your friends. We're bound to find someone with that amount of signatures.
