Free PSN from regions

Free PSN from regions
Проблема
A PlayStation Network (PSN) account is permanently tied to the region in which it was created. It is impossible to change the country in your profile, even when officially moving to another country.
For millions of people around the world, this means:
· Inability to use linked payment methods — bank cards from the new country do not work with the old account region.
· Subscription issues — PlayStation Plus cannot be transferred, and automatic renewal may become unavailable.
Who does this affect?
This issue affects not "enthusiasts looking to save money", but real people who:
· move to another country permanently;
· are forced to leave their country due to military, political, or economic reasons;
· study or work abroad and change their country of residence;
· return home after a long time abroad.
In all these cases, people face a harsh choice: either lose everything they purchased over the years, or continue using the old region with growing technical and financial difficulties.
What are we asking for?
We are not asking for the removal of regional stores or pricing policies. We are asking Sony Interactive Entertainment to implement an official account migration procedure when changing country of residence, for example:
· the ability to change region once every 12 months.
This practice already exists on other digital platforms (including some of Sony's direct competitors) and does not create technical or legal issues that cannot be solved.
Why does this matter?
Digital property that users acquire in the PlayStation ecosystem should follow them when they legally change their country of residence. This is a matter of fairness, consumer protection, and alignment with modern digital service standards.
Sign this petition if you believe that:
· digital property should belong to the person, not the region;
· moving should not mean losing years of investment;
· Sony can and should make its ecosystem more flexible and fair.
Together we can get the company's attention and achieve change.
