I want to thank you all once again for supporting this petition ! I’m very proud of the progress we’ve made so far .
I’m trying very hard to ramp things up and gain more awareness to Nasim’s wrongful conviction . As I mentioned in the petition , his brother Nader is one of the people who falsely testified against him . I’m including an article here which demonstrates that he had a motive for falsely testifying against his brother . He is obviously completely in denial that his father committed either murder , and so was okay with pinning both murders on his own brother instead . He says his dad is a “nice guy” and denies that he ever abused his kids . A simple internet search will show testimonies from both of Ali Irsan’s former wives and a few of his kids that they were abused by him. Nasim himself has stated that he’s been stabbed and shot by his dad . Nader is living his life perfectly fine as a law student in Houston , while his brother is rotting in prison , and no one has called his credibility into question. Would you want someone like him as your lawyer ? Please read the below article and share it with anyone who may be interested!!! I will be compiling as many relevant articles as I can and adding them to this petition. We need to get the word out there about this injustice !
